Abroskin appointed first deputy head of Ukraine's National Police, Nevhad head's Donetsk regional police
Ukraine's Interior Minister Arsen Avakov has said he appointed Chief of Donetsk regional police Viacheslav Abroskin to the post of first deputy head of the National Police of Ukraine.
Meanwhile, Abroskin's Deputy Vitaliy Nevhad will head the National Police in Donetsk region.
