Russia, U.S. support Minsk agreements, 'Normandy format' - Lavrov
The United States has expressed support to the 'Normandy format' of negotiations on Ukraine and the readiness to use its influence for fostering the fulfillment of the Minsk agreements.
"In development of the agreements reached between Presidents Putin and Obama, both Russia and the United States support the Minsk agreements and the 'Normandy format' and will use their capacities to achieve the complete fulfillment of the Minsk agreements," Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov said after a meeting between Russian President Vladimir Putin and U.S. Secretary of State John Kerry.
