Ukrainian Rada chairman expects President Yanukovych to announce govt reshuffle
Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych will announce a government reshuffle in the near future, Verkhovna Rada Chairman Volodymyr Rybak said.
"I think the president will make conclusions in the near future. Let's wait," Rybak said at a press conference in Kyiv on Wednesday.
He said, however, that no draft directive on the government's dismissal has yet been registered at the Rada.
"There is no such directive at the moment," he said.
Ukrainian Communist Party leader Petro Symonenko said earlier that his party was drawing up a draft directive on expressing no confidence in the government led by Prime Minister Mykola Azarov.
