Parliament not to create ad hoc commission on constitutional amendments
Verkhovna Rada Chairman Volodymyr Rybak has said that the leaders of parliamentary factions have decided not to vote for a resolution on the creation of an interim ad hoc commission on a return to the 2004 Constitution.
"The leaders of all factions have agreed not to create such a temporary ad hoc commission," he said at a parliament meeting on Thursday.
