Verkhovna Rada chairman won't hold sittings outside parliament building
Verkhovna Rada Chairman Volodymyr Rybak has said that he will not hold parliamentary sittings outside the Verkhovna Rada building.
"I held such a sitting [outside the parliament building] just once and I said at that time that this practice would not become regular. I am not going to go anywhere in order to hold a sitting outside this building," he said at a press briefing in Kyiv on Wednesday.
As reported, on April 4, 2013 members of the majority factions held a sitting at the assembly hall of a parliamentary committee, as the oppositionists were blocking the parliamentary sitting hall at Hrushevskoho Street.
