Rybak: 2014 national budget might not be passed by end of year
Verkhovna Rada Chairman Volodymyr Rybak has said that the parliament may fail to pass the draft national budget for 2014 by the end of the year.
"The budget is 95-97% ready in the government, it has been written in detail… We have not much time for the consideration of the budget for 2014… I don't rule out the possibility that the first month of 2013 will be funded according to [the figures for] the first month of 2013," he said at a press briefing in Kyiv on Wednesday.
