Kyivteploenergo repairs and installs 1,800 house heat meters in 2024
Kyivteploenergo municipal enterprise (KTE) repaired and installed almost 1,800 house heat meters last year, the company reported on Wednesday.
"Kyivteploenergo installed and connected 354 new heat meters, which is almost 10% more than the plan for 2024," KTE noted.
In addition, 1,425 devices were repaired, which is also 10% more than planned.
The increase in the number of installed and repaired meters was made possible by organizational measures and the involvement of additional personnel.
"The main advantage of a house meter is recording the actual volumes of heat consumed by the house and its residents. In the absence of a device, calculations are made in accordance with the government calculation methodology," the company explained.
According to KTE, in 2024, a metrological verification of more than 2,800 meters was also carried out, which is necessary to confirm the correctness of their operation.
Financing for the maintenance of house heat meters is carried out by paying a subscription fee by customers.
