Ukraine hopes to collect tens of billions of dollars at an international donor conference, Deputy Prime Minister for Regional Development, Construction, Housing and Utilities Volodymyr Hroisman has said.

"We expect that these will be tens of billions of dollars," he said on the Shuster Live program on Channel 24 on Thursday.

Hroisman noted that the Ukrainian authorities would present a plan for Ukraine's restoration for 2015-2017 and that the funds received at the conference would be used to rebuild Donbas and implement reforms in the state.
