Bundestag president assures Rada speaker of Germany's support of Ukraine

Head of the Verkhovna Rada Volodymyr Groysman and President of the German Bundestag Norbert Lammert, during a brief meeting in Vilnius (Lithuania) discussed the situation in Ukraine.

They also spoke about the need for coordination of efforts within the international parliamentary forums, the press service of the Verkhovna Rada reported on Friday.

Groysman thanked Lammert for his support of Ukraine. In turn, Lammert assured him of Germany's readiness to continue to support Ukraine.
