Metalurh Donetsk loses 2-0 to Albanian club in Europa League
Metalurh Donetsk suffered a 2-0 away defeat to Albania’s Kukesi in the first leg of the third qualifying round of the Europa League.
Early and late goals from Malacarne and Malota helped the home team make a good start ahead of the match in Donetsk.
In addition, Metalurh's Mykola Moroziuk was sent off in the 69th minute.
The return match will take place in Donetsk on August 8.
