Railway bridge, through which enemy transported military goods, blown up in Samara region
The Main Intelligence Agency of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine (GUR) reports that in Samara region of the Russian Federation, the load-bearing units of the railway bridge through which the enemy transported military goods were undermined, train traffic was paralyzed.
"The Main Intelligence Agency of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine confirms the fact of the failure of the railway bridge over the Chapaevka River in Samara region in Russia. On March 4, 2024, at about 06:00, the bridge was damaged by undermining its load-bearing units," the message published on the Telegram channel on Monday says.
It is indicated that Russia used this railway line to transport military goods, in particular engineering ammunition, which were produced by the JSC Polymer plant in Chapaevsk, Samara region.
"Given the nature of the damage to the railway bridge, its use in the next few weeks is impossible," GUR noted.
