President of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe (OSCE) Pia Kauma spoke at a plenary meeting of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine on Tuesday, said member of the Holos faction Yaroslav Zhelezniak.
"There are guests in the Rada: the President of the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly, Pia Kauma, is speaking," the parliamentarian wrote on his Telegram channel.
At the same time, co-chair of the European Solidarity faction Iryna Gerashchenko noted that in her speech Kauma mentioned the deceased MPs Oleh Barna, Oleksandr Marchenko and Serhiy Slabenko, and also expressed support for Ukraine and emphasized the need to "do everything together to punish the Russian Federation for the war crimes."
As reported, the day before, on February 5, the head of the Verkhovna Rada, Ruslan Stefanchuk, held a meeting within the walls of the Ukrainian parliament with a delegation led by OSCE PA President Pia Kauma.
