Russian invaders increase number of offensive, assault actions – Tarnavsky
In the Tavria direction, the Russian occupiers have increased the number of offensive and assault operations, said the commander of the Tavria operational-strategic group of troops, Oleksandr Tarnavsky.
"In the Tavria operational zone, the enemy carried out ten air strikes, carried out 50 combat clashes and 624 artillery shelling. Our defenders are staunchly holding the line and carrying out active operations in certain directions," he wrote on the Telegram channel.
The total enemy losses over the past 24 hours amounted to 480 people and 23 units of military equipment, not counting UAVs. In particular, two tanks, seven armored fighting vehicles, six artillery systems, five vehicles and three units of special equipment. The Ukrainian Defense Forces destroyed two enemy ammunition depots.
Tarnavsky also noted that 161 UAVs of various types were neutralized or destroyed.
