Already six enemy aircraft destroyed in Avdiyivka direction since Oct 10 – Tarnavsky

An enemy Su-25 aircraft was destroyed in the Avdiyivka direction; in just one day, the total enemy losses amounted to 527 people, commander of the Operational-Strategic Group of Forces Tavria Oleksandr Tarnavsky reports.

"Another Russian Su-25 was destroyed. Already the sixth in the Avdiyivka direction since October 10 of this year. In general, in the Tavria direction the enemy carried out 21 airstrikes, 36 combat clashes and 1,086 artillery shelling," Tarnavsky wrote on his Telegram channel on Monday.

The enemy unsuccessfully tried to conduct offensive actions in the areas of Novokalynove, Avdiyivka, Opytne and Pervomaiske.

Rocket and artillery units from the Tavria Group completed 1,387 fire missions during the day.

The Ukrainian military destroyed 49 units of enemy military equipment, in particular, five tanks, six armored fighting vehicles, four artillery systems, one aircraft, 23 UAVs, eight vehicles, as well as four enemy ammunition depots.
