All enemy attacks in Avdiyivka direction repulsed, offensive in Melitopol, Bakhmut continues – AFU General Staff

The Armed Forces of Ukraine repelled attacks by Russian invaders in Kupiansk, Lyman, Bakhmut, Avdiyivka, Maryinka and Zaporizhia directions over the past 24 hours, according to operational information on the Russian invasion as of 18.00 Tuesday, published on the Facebook page of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.

"In Avdiyivks direction, the enemy with up to three battalions, supported by tanks and armored vehicles, intensified offensive operations in the areas of Avdiyivka, Tonenke, Keramik and Pervomaiske, Donetsk region. Our defenders repelled all enemy attacks and prevented the loss of lines and positions," the AFU said.

At the same time, the Ukrainian Armed Forces continue the offensive operation in Melitopol direction, offensive (assault) actions in Bakhmut direction, inflicting losses on the occupation forces in manpower and equipment, and exhausting the enemy along the entire frontline.

During the day, some 75 military clashes occurred.
