Russia’s attacks on civilians are war crimes – Michel
Russia's indiscriminate attacks on civilians are war crimes, European Council President Charles Michel said on Twitter on Monday.
“Russia’s horrendous attacks against Kyiv and other cities across Ukraine show the desperation of the Kremlin. These indiscriminate attacks on civilians are war crimes. Committed to supporting Ukraine & holding Russian regime accountable – we’ll address this with G7 partners,” he said on Twitter Monday.
