Occupants prevent evacuation – Kyiv's local authorities

The Russian occupying forces are preventing the evacuation from Buchansky district, Head of Kyiv Regional State Administration Oleksiy Kuleba.

"The occupier prevents the evacuation of the population. During the day, they managed to take out from Irpin those who could independently reach the place of collection. Now the area is preparing for a large-scale evacuation of people and the delivery of humanitarian aid. Ceasefire is required for this," Kuleba said in Telegram on Tuesday.

He said that at night there were battles in Buchansky district of Kyiv region.

"Buchansky district. Makariv, Irpin, Hostomel fought at night. The enemy deployed equipment along Nemishayivska community, Mykhailivka-Rubezhivka, Bucha."

According to him, the Russian occupying forces are firing at residential buildings and the civilian population.
