Russian troops opened fire on civilians trying to evacuate from Irpen (Kyiv region), Radio Liberty has reported.

"At least three people died, including two children, and another person is in grave condition due to injuries. Probably, the fire was carried out from mortars. Among the dead may be members of the same family," the publication reported, citing its correspondent.
