Zelensky signs decree on appointment of Markarova as Ukraine's Ambassador to U.S.
President of Ukraine Volodymyr Zelensky has signed decree No. 75/2021 on the appointment of Oksana Markarova as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Ukraine to the United States of America, the official website of the head of the Ukrainian state reported on Thursday.
