Poroshenko doesn't know where Yanukovych's Feb 2014 agreement with opposition is
Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko said he is unaware of the location of the original agreement on settling the crisis that was signed by ex-president Viktor Yanukovych and opposition representatives in February 2014.
"I am not aware where this agreement is. I have never seen the original, never signed it, and cannot comment on it, not because I don't want to, but because I have not seen it," Poroshenko said while giving evidence by video link as a witness in the treason trial of Yanukovych at Kyiv's Obolonsky District Court on Wednesday.
He repeated that the Verkhovna Rada resolution appointing then speaker Oleksandr Turchynov as the acting head of state did not terminate Yanukovych's presidential powers.
