One man killed, another wounded by shooting in Kyiv

 As a result of shooting in Kyiv on Laherna Street near Beresteyska metro station, one person has been killed, another one received gunshot wounds; the police are establishing all the circumstances of what happened.

Information about the man's gunshot wound on Laherna Street in Shevchenkivsky district of the capital was received at the 102 emergency police number at 12:12, the police department of Kyiv reported on Facebook on Monday.

A shooting took place at the tram stop of the Beresteyska metro station, about seven shots were heard, two patrol policemen came to the scene, the witnesses of the incident told Interfax-Ukraine.
