OSCE mission observes over 5,000 truce breaches in Donbas over week
The situation in the Anti-Terrorist operation (ATO) zone in Donbas did not change much over the past week, and members of the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission (SMM) continued to observe violent incidents, the Principal Deputy Chief Monitor of the OSCE SMM, Alexander Hug, said at a press conference at Interfax-Ukraine on Friday.
The scale of violence did not increase over the past week, but a number of violent episodes were observed in particular districts, Hug said, adding that the mission saw over 5,000 ceasefire violations in Donbas over the course of the week.
