Poroshenko orders creation of High Court on Intellectual Property in Kyiv

Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko has signed a decree on the creation of the High Court on Intellectual Property.

The respective decree, dated September 29, was posted on the website of the head of state on Saturday.

The Cabinet of Ministers was tasked with financing the activities related to the implementation of the decree.

The decree comes into force on the date of its publication.
