Pechersky district court obliges Oschadbank to present information about Yanukovych's accounts
Kyiv's Pechersky district court has decided to demand information about funds placed on the accounts of former Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych in Oschadbank as of November 10, 2016.
Yanukovych's defense lawyer Vitaliy Serdiuk posted a copy of the ruling issued on Tuesday on his Facebook page.
The court granted a petition of the lawyer filed in the case opened under a claim of Yanukovych against Oschadbank seeking to protect honor and business reputation. The ex-president asked the court to declare untrue information from Oschadbank Board Chairman Andriy Pyshny that Yanukovych has $1.15 billion on accounts in this bank and make him refute it.
