Ukraine's emergencies service says no power supply in Avdiyivka on Wed morning
There was no power supply in the town of Avdiyivka in Donetsk region by 07:00 local time on Wednesday morning, the Ukrainian State Emergency Situations Service (USESS) has reported.
The heat is supplied by Avdiyivka coking and chemical plant's thermal station.
The municipal water reserve is now 4,000 cubic meters.
Seven USESS power generators supply electricity to social facilities.
Twenty-four USESS workers and eight pieces of equipment are engaged in repairing works.
A 110 kV power line was damaged in a militant attack on Avdiyivka on March 14. The city's facilities, including Avdiyivka coking and chemical plant and Donetsk water treatment station, were cut off the power supply.
