Kyiv court cancels decision to resume pension payment to Azarov
The Kyiv Administrative Court of Appeals on the complaint of the Pension Fund of Ukraine has overturned the decision of the Kyiv Podilsky district court on the resumption of pension payment to ex-Prime Minister Mykola Azarov, Deputy Prime Minister Pavlo Rozenko has stated.
"The Kyiv Administrative Court of Appeals on the complaint of the Pension Fund of Ukraine has overturned the decision of the Kyiv Podilsky district court on the resumption of pension payment to ex-Prime Minister Mykola Azarov. The Kyiv Administrative Court of Appeals clearly recognized the mistake of the Podilsky district court and overturned the ruling on the resumption of pension payment to Azarov," he wrote on his Facebook page.
Rozenko also posted the photocopies of the courts' relevant rulings.
"The Pension Fund filed an appeal against the court decision [the decision of the Podilsky district court on the resumption of pension payment to Azarov] and won it," he stressed.
