Ukrainian and Polish presidents to meet on August 24 in Kyiv
President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko will hold a meeting with President of Poland Andrzej Duda on August 24 in Kyiv on the occasion of the 25th anniversary of Ukraine's independence.
On this very day the presidents of Ukraine and Poland will make a joint statement for the media, the press service of the Ukrainian state said on Tuesday.
According to Polish media, with the reference to the presidential office, Duda is expected to be the only foreign visitor of presidential rank during the celebration of Independence Day of Ukraine in Kyiv.
As expected, presidents of Poland and Ukraine are to make a joint declaration, dedicated to the 25th anniversary of Ukrainian-Polish relations.
