Kyiv insists on exchanging 'all for all' captives in eastern Ukraine before yearend
A proposal to exchange captives in the 'all for all' format before the end of 2015 was raised during the videoconference of the Trilateral Contact Group for Ukraine on Tuesday, Darka Olifer, press secretary of Kyiv representative to the Trilateral Contact Group, former Ukrainian President Leonid Kuchma, told Interfax-Ukraine.
"We should swiftly intensify the process of releasing unlawfully detained persons in the 'all for all' format. This process should be finalized before the end of 2015. First of all, it concerns most vulnerable persons, women and those in urgent need of medical treatment," Olifer said following the videoconference.
