New territorial body of national police set up in Ukraine - decree

Ukrainian Prime Minister Arseniy Yatseniuk has signed a decree on setting up the territorial authority of national police.

"The Cabinet of Ministers rules to establish a legal entity of public law, an economic protection department as an interregional territorial body of the national police," reads Cabinet resolution No. 830 dated October 13, 2015.

However, the decree does not specify other details of the structure or the scope of its activities and responsibilities.
