Kyiv Court of Appeals transfers materials in case against Russian security officers Yerofeyev, Alexandrov to High Specialized Court

Kyiv Court of Appeals has submitted materials of the criminal case against Russian security officers Evgeny Yerofeyev and Alexander Alexandrov to the High Specialized Court of Ukraine for Civil and Criminal Cases, lawyer Oksana Sokolovskaya said.

"Kyiv Court of Appeals considered the materials and handled them to the High Specialized Court," she said, adding that the court is to decide on the jurisdiction of the criminal case
