Ukrainian aviation authorities formally notify Russian airlines about sanctions
The Ukrainian aviation authorities have completed the formal notification of Russian airlines about the sanctions imposed on them by Ukraine.
A representative of the State Aviation Administration of Ukraine press service told Interfax-Ukraine that letters containing the notices had been sent to all Russian airlines subject to the sanctions.
The Ukrainian government decided on September 25 to ban flights of Russian airlines, among them Aeroflot and Transaero, to Ukraine.
