Situation in Donbas may worsen on the eve of Ukraine Independence Day – Poroshenko
President of Ukraine Petro Poroshenko has said that at present moment probability of escalation of the situation in Donbas is getting higher due to forthcoming Independence Day of Ukraine.
"Thanks to you [addressing to the servicemen] a price of possible Russia attack became so high that sobered up even the most light-headed. But it doesn't secure us from a large-scale escalation of military actions in the east, the chances of which are getting higher because of Independence Day," the president said during presenting a military hardware to the servicemen in Chuhuyev of Kharkiv region.
