Poroshenko sure there will be enough votes in parliament to support decentralization amendments to Constitution
Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko is sure that MPs will support the decentralization–related amendments to the Constitution at an extraordinary meeting of the parliament.
"I'm sure we have all the necessary votes. I'm very grateful to the political forces of the Verkhovna Rada for their huge support of decentralization reforms," Poroshenko told journalists in Kyiv on Thursday.
He said that the extraordinary meeting of the parliament would be held either on August 27 or 31.
