OSCE SMM finds no heavy weapons in five of 18 DPR arms depots – Hug
The OSCE Special Monitoring Mission (SMM) has said that heavy weaponry is missing in some of the ammunition depots of the separatist militants in Donbas, which is in violation of the Minsk agreements.
Deputy Chief Monitor of the OSCE Special Monitoring Mission in Ukraine Alexander Hug said that the mission checked 18 heavy weaponry depots of the so-called Donetsk People's Republic (DPR).
According to him, heavy weapons were absent in five of the depots; and in fact in one of the depots the monitors were told that 11 Grad [multiple rocket launchers] had been moved and were on their way to Donetsk
Hug went on to stress that placing heavy weaponry on the contact line violates the Minsk agreements.
