Kyiv, Minsk to finalize text of readmission agreement soon – Ukrainian foreign minister

The text of a readmission agreement between Ukraine and Belarus will be finalized in the near future, Ukrainian Foreign Minister Pavlo Klimkin said.

"We have agreed to complete the coordination of the readmission agreement text in the near future. We will also be working consistently on various issues within the framework of consultations between the Ukrainian and Belarusian Foreign Ministries," Klimkin said at a joint press conference following negotiations with Belarusian Foreign Minister Vladimir Makei in Kyiv on Wednesday.
