Fiscal Service appoints Taras Kachka as business ombudsman
The State Fiscal Service has appointed former vice president of the American Chamber of Commerce Taras Kachka as business ombudsman, who will regulate problematic issues between taxpayers and the fiscal service.
"From this day we will more deeply communicate with taxpayers," Head of the Fiscal Service Roman Nasirov told journalists, introducing the business ombudsman.
According to Kachka, at the new post he will deal with resolving accumulated problems.
"Many problems have accumulated. My goal is to facilitate their settlement but not just satisfy the request of each entrepreneur.
Kachka noted that entrepreneurs may appeal to him both with individual and general problems such as overpayment of income tax. Another area of his work will be the forthcoming tax reform.
