High-level diplomats begin "Normandy format" meeting in Berlin – source

Talks on ways to settle the conflict in eastern Ukraine between representatives of the Ukrainian, German, French and Russian foreign ministries, have started in Berlin, a diplomatic source told Interfax.

The meeting is proceeding at the level of deputy foreign ministers, earlier reports said.
