Parliament newspaper publishes law on partial mobilization

The parliament newspaper Holos Ukrainy published today a law approving the presidential decree on partial mobilization.

The law takes effect on the day of its publication.

According to earlier reports, the Verkhovna Rada has approved a decree issued by President Petro Poroshenko on three stages of mobilization in 2015. The first stage of the mobilization is to begin on January 20 and will last ninety days.
