Kyiv not going to recall gas lawsuit from Stockholm court - Yatseniuk
Ukraine is not going to recall its lawsuit from an arbitration court in Stockholm, Ukrainian Prime Minister Arseniy Yatseniuk has said.
"A final decision concerning the fate of the gas contract will be adopted by the Stockholm arbitration court. That is why the agreement and the protocol that will be signed are provisional. They will be valid for half a year because Ukraine will not recall its main lawsuit against Russia's Gazprom seeking compensation of $6 billion. This will be mentioned in the text of the protocol," the Ukrainian prime minister said.
