Ukraine comes up with proposals on restoring control on Russian border - Nuland

The Ukrainian authorities have come up with a plan to restore control over the Russian-Ukrainian border, U.S. Assistant Secretary of State for European and Eurasian Affairs Victoria Nuland said.

Nuland told reporters in Kyiv on Wednesday that Ukraine has specific proposals on the restoration of its sovereignty over the state border and these proposals will be submitted to Russia and the international community.
