Kuchma: OSCE monitors could be deployed along entire border with Russia
An OSCE monitoring mission may be deployed along the entire Ukrainian-Russian border, former Ukrainian president Leonid Kuchma said in the early hours of Saturday after a meeting of the Contact Group on Ukraine in Minsk.
"The memorandum [considered by the Contact Group] foresees the deployment of groups of OSCE monitors along the entire Russian-Ukrainian border," Kuchma told reporters.
