Poroshenko: Preliminary protocol on immediate ceasefire signed in Minsk
Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko has said that an interim protocol on an immediate ceasefire agreement has been signed in Minsk.
"A preliminary protocol to the agreement on an immediate ceasefire has been signed in Minsk. This protocol is to come into force on Friday," the president wrote on Twitter on Friday.
