Gunfire heard in Donetsk last night, situation generally "stable" – city administration

The situation was relatively quiet in Donetsk last night, the city administration said in a press release.

As of 9:00 a.m., the situation in the city was "stable", it said.

However, residents of the village of Shyroke claim to have heard gunfire last night, the city administration said.

A roadblock recently appeared at an intersection of Pukhova and Odeska Streets.

"Measures are now being taken to dismantle this roadblock," according to the press release.

Traffic restrictions remain in force for the Putylivsky highway, which leads to the Donetsk airport.
