Verkhovna Rada Chairman Volodymyr Rybak has said he does not rule out that a meeting of the Verkhovna Rada of Ukraine will take place outside the session hall.
When asked whether the parliament speaker thought that the parliament meeting could be held outside the session hall, Rybak said. "It could."
He also noted that it is currently unclear whether the parliament will hold its evening meeting, which is due to begin on Thursday at 1600.
However, Rybak said that the opposition has no grounds to block the work of parliament.
As reported, on April 4, majority deputies held a parliament meeting in the assembly hall of a Verkhovna Rada committee, because the session hall of parliament on Hrushevskoho Street was blocked by the opposition.
