Yeliseyev becomes Ukraine's commissioner for foreign policy and integration processes
Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych has appointed Kostiantyn Yeliseyev as Ukraine's commissioner for foreign policy and integration processes, and his advisor.
Respective decrees were posted on the Web site of the head of state on Monday.
The president instructed Yeliseyev to submit draft provisions on Ukraine's commissioner for foreign policy and integration processes.
Yeliseyev also serves as Ukraine's permanent representative to the European Union.
