Yanukovych hopes for Cyprus' help in relaxation of visa regime with EU
Ukraine hopes for Cyprus' support in its visa dialogue with the European Union, Ukrainian President Viktor Yanukovych has said.
"We count on the effective support of Cyprus during the visa dialogue with the European Union," Yanukovych said at the opening of the Cypriot-Ukrainian business forum in Nicosia on Friday.
The Ukrainian president said Kyiv was actively working on the liberalization of the visa regime with the EU.
"The cancellation of visas for entry to the European Union for Ukrainian citizens will further promote the development of business," he said.
