Police officers involved in torture of Ukrainian prisoners eliminated in Moscow - sources
On the night of December 24, two employees of the Russian Ministry of Internal Affairs were killed on Yeletska Street in Moscow, who participated in the war against Ukraine and, in particular, tortured Ukrainian prisoners of war.
As sources in the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine (GUR told the Interfax-Ukraine agency, at about 1 a.m. "a local resident, as a sign of disagreement with the Kremlin's aggressive policy, killed two representatives of the Russian security service." Approaching a police car parked near the police station, the man threw an explosive package through the car window, causing an explosion.
According to a source in military intelligence, as a result of the explosion, two Russian police officers died on the spot, and two more were hospitalized with serious injuries.
Sources in the Main Intelligence Directorate note that the killed Russian police officers had previously participated in hostilities against Ukraine as part of the occupying Russian army. In addition, there is evidence of their involvement in the torture of Ukrainian prisoners of war, which is systematically carried out by the Russian occupiers in violation of the Geneva Conventions and the rules and customs of war.
