Russia attacks Odesa region with missiles, drones, port infrastructure burns – region’s head
The Russian army launched a combined missile and drone strike on Odesa region, a fire broke out in the port area, but there were no casualties, head of the Regional Military Administration Oleh Kiper reported on Monday morning.
"The enemy attacked Odesa region with missiles and attack drones. As a result of the evening missile attack on the port infrastructure, a fire broke out. Fortunately, there are no casualties or deaths," he wrote on the Administration’s Telegram channel.
It is also reported that due to falling rocket debris in Odesa region, dry grass and an abandoned building caught fire, there were no casualties. The fires were quickly extinguished by rescuers.
Kiper also reported that after the missile attack, the Russians launched a strike with drones, which were destroyed by air defense forces.
