Number of injured in Zaporizhia rises to 21 people, including 12-year-old child
The number of people injured in an enemy airstrike against Zaporizhia on Tuesday has risen to 21, including a 12-year-old child, Head of Zaporizhia Regional Military Administration Ivan Fedorov has said.
"A 12-year-old child was wounded as a result of the shelling. Twenty-one people sought medical help. One person died at the site of the attack. These are the preliminary consequences of the Russian attack on Zaporizhia," he said on the Telegram channel.
The removal of rubble and the elimination of the consequences of the strikes are ongoing. Doctors, law enforcement officers, rescuers and utility workers are working on the spot.
Earlier, Fedorov reported that two of the victims were hospitalized in serious condition.
