At least one dead, three injured in Kharkiv

As of 16:13, one dead person was reported as a result of a Russian airstrike on the Shevchenkivsky district of Kharkiv, said the city's mayor, Ihor Terekhov.

"At this moment, one dead person and three injured people are reported, one of them in serious condition," Terekhov wrote on his Telegram channel.

According to him, apartment buildings and private houses located near the site of the strike were damaged.
